62F.13 PUBLIC OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES. No director of the stabilization reserve fund who is otherwise a public officer or employee shall forfeit that person's office or employment or lose the rights and privileges pertaining thereto, by reason of membership on the board of directors of the stabilization reserve fund.
