514.984 LIEN DOES NOT AFFECT OTHER REMEDIES. Sections 514.980 to 514.985 do not limit the right of an agency to file a claim against the estate of a medical assistance recipient or the estate of the spouse or limit any other claim for reimbursement of agency expenses or the availability of any other remedy provided to the agency.
