507.422 CERTAIN COUNTY CONVEYANCES VALIDATED. No deed of conveyance of real estate made by a county in this state that has been of record with the county recorder or registrar of titles for more than five years shall be held invalid or void for failure to comply with the requirements of section 373.01, subdivision 1, clause (4).
