MN Stat § 97B.802 (2013) What's This?
97B.802 SPECIAL CANADA GOOSE SEASON LICENSE REQUIRED. Except as provided in this section, a person required to possess a small game license may not take Canada geese during a special season without a valid special season Canada goose license in possession. Residents under age 18 or over age 65 and persons hunting on their own property are not required to possess the license.
