Section 97B.327 — Report; Deer Other Than White-Tailed or Mule

97B.327 REPORT; DEER OTHER THAN WHITE-TAILED OR MULE. A hunter legally taking a deer that is not a white-tailed or mule deer must report the type of deer taken to the commissioner of natural resources within seven days of taking. Violation of this section shall not result in a penalty and is not subject to section 97A.301.
