Section 349.2123 — Certified Physical Inventory
MN Stat § 349.2123 (2013) What's This?
349.2123 CERTIFIED PHYSICAL INVENTORY. The board may, upon request, require a distributor to furnish a certified physical inventory of all gambling equipment in stock. The inventory must contain the information required by the board.
