15C.07 SERVICE OF UNSEALED COMPLAINT AND RESPONSE BY DEFENDANT. When unsealed, the complaint must be served on the defendant pursuant to Rule 3 of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure. The defendant must respond to the complaint within 20 days after it is served on the defendant.
