144.0505 COOPERATION WITH COMMISSIONER OF HUMAN SERVICES. The commissioner shall promptly provide to the commissioner of human services upon request information on hospital revenues, nursing home licensure, and health maintenance organization revenues specifically required by the commissioner of human services to operate the provider surcharge program.
