611A.021 NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REQUEST WITHHOLDING OF CERTAIN PUBLIC DATA. A victim has a right under section 13.82, subdivision 17, clause (d), to request a law enforcement agency to withhold public access to data revealing the victim's identity.
