Section 144A.73 — Complaint System

144A.73 COMPLAINT SYSTEM. The commissioner shall establish a system for reporting complaints against a supplemental nursing services agency or its employees. Complaints may be made by any member of the public. Written complaints must be forwarded to the employer of each person against whom a complaint is made. The employer shall promptly report to the commissioner any corrective action taken.
