Section 322B.10 — Purposes
MN Stat § 322B.10 (1996 through Reg Sess) What's This?
322B.10 PURPOSES. A limited liability company may be organized under this chapter for any lawful purpose or purposes, unless some other statute of this state requires organization for any of those purposes under a different law. Unless otherwise provided in its articles of organization, a limited liability company has general business purposes.
