256M.01 CITATION. Sections 256M.01 to 256M.80 may be cited as the "Vulnerable Children and Adults Act." This act establishes a fund to address the needs of vulnerable children and adults within each county in accordance with a service plan entered into by the board of county commissioners of each county and the commissioner.
