253.13 NOTICE OF ESCAPE OR DEATH. When a convict from the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater or the Minnesota Correctional Facility-St. Cloud who has been committed to a state hospital escapes therefrom or dies therein, the superintendent shall immediately notify the chief executive officer of such facility of such fact.
