245C.19 TERMINATION OF AFFILIATION BASED ON DISQUALIFICATION NOTICE. An applicant or license holder that terminates affiliation with persons studied under section 245C.03, when the termination is made in good faith reliance on a notice of disqualification provided by the commissioner, shall not be subject to civil liability.
