245.721 MENTAL ILLNESS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. By January 1, 1990, the commissioner of human services shall establish an information management system for collecting data about individuals who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness and who receive publicly funded services for mental illness.
