Section 245.63 — Assistance or Grant for a Mental Health Services Program

245.63 ASSISTANCE OR GRANT FOR A MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PROGRAM. Any city, town, or public or private corporation may apply to a county board for assistance in establishing and funding a mental health services program. No programs shall be eligible for a grant hereunder unless its plan and budget have been approved by the county board or boards.
