325G.46 ALTERNATIVE COMPLIANCE.
In lieu of complying with section
325G.42, subdivision 2, a creditor, in connection with the
distribution of a credit card application, may disclose the specific terms of section
325G.42 in
compliance with Code of Federal Regulations, title 12, part 226.5.
