Section 325G.44 DAMAGES.
325G.44 DAMAGES.
A person injured by a violation of section
325G.42 may recover actual damages in an action
other than a class action, together with costs and disbursements, including a reasonable attorney's
fee, and receive other equitable relief as determined by the court.
