Section 325G.20 REMEDIES.
325G.20 REMEDIES.
A violation of sections
325G.17 to
325G.20 shall be treated as a violation of section
325F.69.
The remedies provided by sections
325G.17 to
325G.20 are cumulative and shall not be construed
as restricting any remedy that is otherwise available.
