     97A.502 Deer killed by motor vehicles. 


    Deer killed by a motor vehicle on a public road must be 
 removed by the road authority, as defined by section 160.02, 
 subdivision 25.  The commissioner of natural resources must 
 provide to all road authorities standard forms for statistical 
 purposes and the tracking of wild animals.
