     93.14 Issuance of leases to prospect for ores. 


    The commissioner may execute leases to prospect for iron 
 ore and other ores upon lands belonging to the state or in which 
 the state has an interest and for the mining of the ores, 
 subject to the conditions provided in sections 93.15 to 93.28.
