     92.07 Sales by subdivisions. 


    Sales of land by the commissioner must be made according to 
 the subdivisions by the United States surveys, unless the land 
 has been subdivided into smaller parcels or lots, as provided in 
 this chapter.  The land may not be sold in larger quantity than 
 one quarter section.
