2005 Minnesota Statutes - 85.51 — Planning; coordination.



     85.51 Planning; coordination. 


    Plan development, adoption, and amendments shall be 
 coordinated with the counties of Stearns, Benton, and Sherburne 
 by an appropriate regional parks and trail coordination board 
 that is created under a joint powers agreement.
