     84.51 Inspection.  


    Every aircraft while landed at a checking station to report 
 as herein provided shall be subject to inspection by the 
 commissioner of natural resources or an authorized agent, or by 
 any conservation officer, any of whom may, without a warrant, 
 examine and search such aircraft for wild animals illegally 
 taken or possessed or for other things declared contraband by 
 the laws relating to wild animals, and may seize and confiscate 
 in the name of the state any such contraband which may thereupon 
 be found.
