     84.50 Violations and penalties. 


    Violation of any provision of sections 84.43 to 84.52 shall 
 be a misdemeanor, and any court imposing sentence shall be 
 authorized upon recommendation of the commissioner of 
 transportation to prohibit the pilot so convicted from operating 
 an aircraft within the state for a period not exceeding one year.
