     84.0275 Violations. 


    If the state acquires any land for natural resources 
 purposes in violation of any of the provisions of section 
 84.0274, subdivisions 5 to 7, the landowner may maintain an 
 action against the commissioner of natural resources for any 
 damages suffered.  However, no title to land purchased for 
 natural resources purposes will be invalid as a result of such 
 violations.
