2005 Minnesota Statutes - 82A.03 — Registration requirement.



     82A.03 Registration requirement. 


    It is unlawful for any person to offer or sell a membership 
 camping contract in this state unless:  


    (1) the membership camping contract is registered in 
 accordance with the provisions of this chapter; or 


    (2) the membership camping contract or the transaction is 
 exempted under section 82A.06.
