2005 Minnesota Statutes - 609.3243 — Loitering with intent to participate in prostitution.



     609.3243 Loitering with intent to participate in 
  prostitution. 


    A person who loiters in a public place with intent to 
 participate in prostitution is guilty of a misdemeanor.
