     609.235 Use of drugs to injure or facilitate crime.  


    Whoever administers to another or causes another to take 
 any poisonous, stupefying, overpowering, narcotic or anesthetic 
 substance with intent thereby to injure or to facilitate the 
 commission of a crime may be sentenced to imprisonment for not 
 more than five years or to payment of a fine of not more than 
 $10,000, or both.
