2005 Minnesota Statutes - 72A.34 — Definitions.



     72A.34 Definitions. 


    Subdivision 1.    Scope.  When used in sections 72A.33 
 to 72A.39 the terms defined in this section shall have the 
 meanings given them in this section. 


    Subd. 2.    Unfair Trade Practice Act.  "Unfair Trade 
 Practice Act" shall mean the act relating to regulation of trade 
 practices as defined in sections 72A.17 to 72A.32. 


    Subd. 3.    Residents.  "Residents" shall mean and 
 include persons, partnerships or corporations, domestic, alien, 
 or foreign.
