     71A.04 Taxes. 


    Subdivision 1.    Premium tax.  The attorney-in-fact, in 
 lieu of all taxes, state, county, and municipal, shall file with 
 the commissioner of revenue all returns and pay to the 
 commissioner of revenue all amounts required under chapter 297I. 


    Subd. 2. Repealed, 2000 c 394 art 2 s 28
