     67A.44 Commissioner defined.  


    As used in all parts of this chapter the word 
 "commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of commerce of the 
 state of Minnesota and, in the commissioner's absence or 
 disability, a deputy or other person duly designated to act for 
 the commissioner.
