2005 Minnesota Statutes - 65B.11 — Use of the facility by the public.



     65B.11 Use of the facility by the public.  


    If, upon a formal hearing, the commissioner finds that a 
 large proportion of qualified and eligible persons are failing 
 to gain the benefits of the facility, the facility shall provide 
 service to assist the public in making application to the 
 facility for placement.
