2005 Minnesota Statutes - 525.9223 — Uniformity of application and construction.



     525.9223 Uniformity of application and construction. 


    Sections 525.921 to 525.9224 shall be applied and construed 
 to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with 
 respect to the subject of sections 525.921 to 525.9224 among 
 states enacting it.
