     515A.2-116 Minor variation in boundaries. 


    The existing physical boundaries of a unit or of a unit 
 reconstructed in substantial accordance with the condominium 
 plat are conclusively presumed to be its boundaries regardless 
 of settling or lateral movement of the building.
