2005 Minnesota Statutes - 515A.1-115 — Notice.



     515A.1-115 Notice.  


    Except as otherwise stated in sections 515A.1-101 to 
 515A.4-117 all notices required by sections 515A.1-101 to 
 515A.4-117 shall be in writing and shall be effective upon hand 
 delivery or upon mailing if properly addressed with postage 
 prepaid and deposited in the United States mail.
