     515A.1-110 Uniformity of application and construction.  


    Sections 515A.1-101 to 515A.4-117 shall be applied and 
 construed so as to effectuate its general purpose to make 
 uniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 
 515A.1-101 to 515A.4-117 among states enacting it.
