2005 Minnesota Statutes - 502.75 — Power passes to assignee.



     502.75 Power passes to assignee.  


    Under a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, a 
 power of appointment in the assignor by which the assignor is 
 authorized to appoint the property to the assignor passes to the 
 assignee.
