     488A.21 Probation and regulated services.  


    Subdivision 1.    Department of court services.  The 
 Ramsey County Department of Court Services shall supply all 
 probation services for this court.  


    Subd. 2.    Psychiatric, psychological and medical 
 services.  The judges of this court shall be and are hereby 
 authorized to expend a sum not to exceed $10,000 in any one year 
 to secure such psychiatric, psychological and medical services 
 as shall be deemed advisable by said judges in making 
 disposition of such misdemeanants as shall come before the 
 court.  If the judges of this court so direct, the county board 
 shall appropriate whatever sums are necessary to secure such 
 services, not exceeding $10,000 in any one year.
