2005 Minnesota Statutes - 481.05 — Violations; penalties.



     481.05 Violations; penalties. 


    Subdivision 1.    Misdemeanor.  Any attorney at law who 
 violates section 481.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor. 


    Subd. 2.    Misdemeanor.  Any person who violates 
 section 481.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
