     480.05 Power; rules.  


    The Supreme Court shall have all the authority necessary 
 for carrying into execution its judgments and determinations, 
 and for the exercise of its jurisdiction as the supreme judicial 
 tribunal of the state, agreeable to the usages and principles of 
 law.  Such court shall prescribe, and from time to time may 
 amend and modify, rules of practice therein and also rules 
 governing the examination and admission to practice of attorneys 
 at law and rules governing their conduct in the practice of 
 their profession, and rules concerning the presentation, 
 hearing, and determination of accusations against attorneys at 
 law not inconsistent with law, and may provide for the 
 publication thereof at the cost of the state.
