2005 Minnesota Statutes - 473.871 — New municipal sewer systems.



     473.871 New municipal sewer systems. 


    Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 462.355, 
 subdivision 4, 473.175, and 473.851 to 473.871 the council shall 
 have no authority under this chapter to require a local 
 governmental unit to construct a new sewer system.
