2005 Minnesota Statutes - 473.715 — Contiguous counties; membership.



     473.715 Contiguous counties; membership.  


    Any county contiguous to the district may become a party to 
 the district whenever the county board of such county petitions 
 the district to be admitted and the commission by resolution 
 gives its consent to include such county in the district.
