     462.395 Duties of state agencies. 


    All state departments and agencies shall cooperate with 
 regional development commissions established under sections 
 462.381 to 462.398 and shall make available to them studies, 
 reports, data, and other informational and technical assistance 
 within financial and personnel limitations.  The commissioner 
 shall coordinate the state's assistance programs to regional 
 planning and development commissions.
