2005 Minnesota Statutes - 47.561 — Identification of detached facility.



     47.561 Identification of detached facility. 


    A detached facility must be properly identified at its 
 location in a manner which includes the name of the parent 
 bank.  A detached facility in existence on March 19, 1982 must 
 comply with this section by December 31, 1982.
