     47.325 Appeal and judicial review. 


    A savings bank aggrieved by any action or inaction of the 
 commissioner under sections 47.27 to 47.30 may appeal under 
 sections 14.63 to 14.69.  The scope of judicial review in the 
 proceedings is as provided in those sections.
