     46.17 Salary of examiner in charge of liquidation.  


    The commissioner of commerce shall fix the salary of the 
 examiner in charge of liquidation appointed by the commissioner, 
 but not to exceed the salary of a bank examiner in the 
 classified service of the state and the same shall be paid out 
 of the funds of banks in the hands of the commissioner of 
 commerce for liquidation.
