2005 Minnesota Statutes - 458A.35 — Bids.



     458A.35 Bids. 


    The authority shall regulate the making of bids and letting 
 of contracts through procedures established by the authority, in 
 which case the authority would be substituted for the city 
 council insofar as the conditions as set forth in section 31 of 
 the home rule charter of the city of Duluth are concerned.
