2005 Minnesota Statutes - 382.33 — Receipt for payment.



     382.33 Receipt for payment.  


    When negotiable paper is accepted in accordance with 
 section 382.32 and a receipt demanded the treasurer or other 
 county officer shall issue a conditional receipt with the words 
 "Paid By Check - Not A Valid Receipt Until Check Is Paid" 
 stamped boldly on its face.
