     382.15 Original, how affected by new bond.  


    The rights and liabilities of the parties to the original 
 bond of any such officer, existing or incurred at or prior to 
 the time of the approval and filing of such new bond, shall not 
 be in any wise affected or impaired by the giving of such new 
 bond; but such original bond and the sureties thereon shall not 
 be liable for the acts of such officer done or performed after 
 the new bond is approved, recorded, and filed as required by law.
